Mark’s Mission takes pride in our NICU Care Packages. Filled with items that promote family bonding, and provide comfort for families, our care packages are truly one of a kind and can be customized for a new family member or a friend and their newest arrival.

Any family that resides in Duval or St. Johns counties (Florida) and is experiencing financial hardship and a child in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Wolfson Children’s Hospital or UF Health Jacksonville can apply for our food and fuel program.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to provide financial relief to qualified applicants so they may spend more time with their children as they heal, or recover.If you feel that you or a loved one may qualify for our assistance program, please complete an application and submit it to the email address at the top of our website or mail it to our address:

We understand the sacrifices that are made during a lengthy hospital stay. We provide Uber Vouchers to ensure families have a mode of transportation to travel between their home and the hospital to be with their children while they recover.

Congratulations on your new addition to your family! It can be difficult for your other child to understand what is happening with their new sibling, especially if they will be spending some time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
